Pet Limit 2 allowed. $25 pet rent per pet, $400 non refundable fee for 1 pet, $600 fee for 2. A maximum number of pets per apartment is two (2). Pet fees do not transfer, and a non-refundable pet fee of $400 for one pet and $600 for two pets is required prior to move-in. An additional amount of $25 for one pet, $40 for two will be charged as pet rent on a monthly basis. Residents are responsible to clean up after their pets; a minimum of $25 violation fee will be issued to any resident that does not do so. Dogs must be on a leash when outside of the apartment. All residents must complete the pet screening process with Pet Screening and must be approved by management after the review of the Pet Screening Profile. Animals that assist persons with disabilities are not subject to certain provisions of the pet policy. Breed restrictions include: Akita, American Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Malamute, Pit Bull, Presa, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and St. Bernard.  **If no pet is listed in paragraph 8, there are no pets applicable to this lease and no pet fees have been paid.
