All have up-to-date kitchen appliances which include an electric range, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher & garbage disposal. There is access to a balcony via a sliding glass door in the eat-in-kitchen. Located at 340 - 348 United Way, rent is $1,275.00 per month. Second-floor apartments are accessed via an interior, well-lighted stairway. There is entry-code, limited- access at the main entrance to each building. Please note this is a 55+ Apartment Community, meaning one party on the lease must be 55-years-of-age or older, and all residents must be 18-years-of-age or older. An IMMEDIATE move-in date can be scheduled after the credit & background screenings are complete and the application has been approved.
