The maximum weight per pet is 75 lbs., and the following breed restrictions apply: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chows Chows, Doberman Pinchers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, and Great Danes. There is a $250 non-refundable pet approval fee for the first pet, a $200 non-refundable pet approval fee for the second pet, and monthly pet rent of $50 per dog per month and $25 per cat or rabbit per month.
