Exotic species including hamsters, gerbils, mice/rats, ferrets, rabbits, birds, and all reptiles are not permitted without written permission from the community manager. Pet policy: Velo is a pet friendly apartment community and welcomes your pets! Our apartments accommodate up to two pets per home. We boast a fenced-in dog park, indoor dog wash, and direct access to the Bear Creek walking trails. Your pets will love it here! Pet Policy Type: Cat, Dog Max Number of Pets: 2 Pet monthly rent max: $35 (1 pet) or $65 (2 pets) Non-Refundable Fee: $250 (1 pet) or $400 (2 pets). Refundable Deposit: $100 (1 pet) or $200 (2 pets) Note: Dogs must be 6 months old and full grown weight of 80lbs or less. Dogs between 6-12 months old are subject to an additional non-refundable pet fee of $250. Maximum of 2 pets per home, combined weight of pets may not exceed 160lbs.
