Breed restrictions include: Pit Bull & Pit Bull Mixes, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinscher, Saint Bernard, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Great Dane, and Akita. Once your application for residency is approved, all pet residents must complete a pet profile through PetScreening.com. The cost for the first household pet is $20 and each additional Pet Profile is $15. There is no charge for assistance animal accommodation requests or pet profiles for households with no pets. All profiles are valid for one year upon activation. Household Pet Profiles can be renewed for an additional year for $10 as long as the renewal is proactively completed by you prior to the expiration of the current term.
