Pet limit 2 allowed. 1. Cats are to be spayed or neutered. 2. Proper disposal of cat litter (securely bagged) must be done on a frequent basis. Odors arising from cat litter will not be tolerated.
View moreMax weight 65 lb each. Pet limit 2 allowed. 1. Barking will not be tolerated as it is considered a nuisance to other residents. 2. All dogs must be licensed as required by local government. 3. Dogs must be 30 pounds or less in size, unless specified by breed as approved by Management. 4. Please note that any damage incurred by a cat or dog will be considered the resident’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. This includes, but is not limited to window covering/carpet cleaning or replacement, damage to walls, woodwork, flooring, screens and common area landscape. Resident shall hold owner and any agent and employee for owner harmless and free from liability, loss and expense for loss or damage to property and injury or death to persons, caused wholly or partially by said pet.
