Dogs must be 30 pounds or less in size, unless specified by breed as approved by Management. 4. Please note that any damage incurred by a cat or dog will be considered the resident’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. This includes, but is not limited to window covering/carpet cleaning or replacement, damage to walls, woodwork, flooring, screens and common area landscape. Resident shall hold owner and any agent and employee for owner harmless and free from liability, loss and expense for loss or damage to property and injury or death to persons, caused wholly or partially by said pet.
