Up to 3 pets allowed - $500 security deposit for up to two, additional $500 for third. $75 / month dog rent $50 / month cat rent *We require vaccination records, pet breed, name, weight, color, and a photo of the pet. Service and comfort animals require a signed letter from a licensed professional verifying service animal. Restricted Dog Breeds Restricted canine breeds include: Pit Bull Terriers (including Pit Bull Mix), Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chows Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies We reserve the right to change our pet policy at any time.Cats allowed.
