Firstly, each pet must weigh below 70 lbs to be eligible for residence. Additionally, we do not permit the following breeds: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Bulldog, Cane Corso, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Great Danes, Mastiff, Pitbull Terriers, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, and Wolf Hybrid. Please contact us to request our pet addendum for your signature. Upon approval, a refundable $500 pet deposit per pet will be added to your ledger. We eagerly anticipate welcoming your beloved furry companions into our community!
