Pets allowed. Barton Vineyard Apartments is an inviting, pet-friendly property. Dogs and cats are most welcome with some restrictions: Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds. Refundable deposit of $300 for 1 pet or $450 for two pets due at move-in. Pet rent of $30 a month for 1 pet or $45 for 2 pets.Cats allowed. Max weight 75 lb each. Dogs allowed. Max weight 75 lb each.
