We Love All Our Residents, No Matter the Number of Legs The Edson House knows that furry friends are just as much part of the family as anyone and that's why we are happy to be a pet-friendly property. A leash-free pet park and pet spa are among the amenities to make your four-legged loved ones as comfortable as you. Our pet fee is $500 per pet and our pet rent is $50 each, 2 Pet limit. No weight restrictions. Pets will be subject to visual inspections. Resident(s) agree to comply with all community policies and will be required to sign a separate Animal Addendum. No aggressive breeds will be accepted. All applicants/residents must register thru petscreening.com. Breed, size, weight and number limitations and fee and deposit requirements will not apply to assistance animals.
