Nonacceptable canine breeds are Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Akita, Wolf-Hybrid, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Chow, and Bull Mastiff unless proper documentation has been requested. Two pets max per apartment home. A pet agreement is required and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet per month will be charged.Cats allowed. Dogs allowed.
