Increase in Security Deposit. Your Security Deposit increases by $300 for each cat in your Residence. This amount is required to be paid on or before the date your pet moves into your Residence.

Additional Rent. The monthly rent due for each cat is $35 and commences with the date your pet moves into your Residence. This amount is Additional Rent and must be paid in advance, on or before the first of the month. Payment instructions are specified in the Agreement.

Number of Pets. The maximum number of pets you are permitted is two (2).
Photo, License and Shot Records. You must provide Landlord with a current photo and with proof of current license and vaccinations as required by local laws for your pet (including assistance animals). These items are required on or before the date your pet moves into your Residence. You must thereafter provide an updated photo, license and vaccinations as requested by Landlord from time to time.
Dog Breed Restrictions. The following breeds are not allowed at the Property. This restriction includes any dog that has any of the following breeds in its lineage. You are responsible for knowing the lineage of your dog and for correctly identifying all breeds in that lineage when submitting information to Landlord about the lineage or type of your dog. Also, you may not have any pets at the Residence or on the property without our prior consent, which we may withhold in our sole discretion. This prohibition applies to all pets, including “visiting” pets.
Restricted Animal Breeds: Akita lnu, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American White Shepherd, Anatolian Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, Burmese Mountain Dog, Bloodhound, Borzoi, Boxer, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Ca De Bou, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Dogo Argentino, Dogue De Bordeaux, English Bulldog, English Mastiff, Estrella Mountain Dog, Fila Brasileiro, German Shepherd Dog, Giant Schnauzer, Golden Retriever, Great Dane, Great Pyrenees, Irish Wolf Hound, Kangal, Komondor, Labrador Retriever, Leon Berger, Neapolitan Mastiff, Newfoundland, Otterhound, Old English Sheepdog, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Pyrenean Shepherd, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Scottish Deer Hound, Shar Pei, Shiba Inu, Siberian Husky, South African Boerboel, Spanish Mastiff, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Standard Poodle, Tosa Inu, and any other dog over 40lbs.
