Pet limit 2 allowed. Pet friendly. Restrictions apply. Contact Leasing Office for more Details. Dogs under 35 lbs. 1. Increase in Security Deposit. Your Security Deposit increases by $500 for each cat or dog in your Residence. This amount is required to be paid on or before the date your pet moves into your Residence. 2. Additional Rent. The monthly rent due for each cat or dog is $35 and commences with the date your pet moves into your Residence. This amount is Additional Rent and must be paid in advance, on or before the first of the month. Payment instructions are specified in the Agreement. 3. Number of Pets. The maximum number of pets you are permitted is two (2). 4. Photo, License and Shot Records. You must provide Landlord with a current photo and with proof of current license and vaccinations as required by local laws for your pet (including assistance animals). These items are required on or before the date your pet moves into your Residence. You must thereafter provide an updated photo, license and vaccinations as requested by Landlord from time to time. 5. Dog Breed Restrictions. The following breeds are not allowed at the Property. This restriction includes any dog that has any of the following breeds in its lineage: Akita Alaskan Malamute Chow-Chow Doberman Pinscher Tosa Inu Dogo Argentino Pit Bull (aka American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier) Rottweiler Shar Pei Cane Corso Perro de Presa Canarios Wolf Hybrids Other breeds if and as added by Landlord from time to time You are responsible for knowing the lineage of your dog and for correctly identifying all breeds in that lineage when submitting information to Landlord about the lineage or type of your dog. 6. Waste Disposal. Dog owners must dispose of all dog waste in a bag. We provide pet waste depositories at the Property for proper disposal of the bags. If you are not near a depository, or if all depositories are full, dispose of the bag in a Property trash container. In all cases, you must place the waste in a bag before disposing. 7. Waste Identification. At our sole discretion, we may submit a sample of any waste (not properly disposed) to our DNA registry vendor for DNA comparison and identification. If our vendor determines the waste was from your dog, you agree to reimburse us for (i) our cost to sample, package and send the waste to our vendor and to have the sample analyzed; and (ii) our maintenance and cleaning costs to properly dispose of the waste and its remnants. You agree to reimburse us for all such costs within three (3) days of our request for payment.
