Cats allowed. Dogs allowed. Breed Restrictions. Permitted Pet:  1 Dog (no more than 50lb) OR 1 Cat Non-Permitted Pets: No aggressive dog breeds such as: Pitt Bull Terriers, German Shepherds, Cane Corso’s, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Akitas, Mastiffs, Great Danes, Doberman Pinschers, including their mix breeds such as Husky-Pitbull, Mastiff-Pit Bull, Doberman-Pitbull, etc. The following are also NOT permitted: fish and fish tanks, rabbits, birds, snakes, lizards, insects, livestock, exotic animals, or any other animals as pets. All Pets must be: spayed or neutered licensed annually with the local City authorities well-groomed and mannered Cats must be litter-trained and indoor cats are not permitted to roam the building or property. Dogs must be house trained.
