Pet limit 2 allowed. We are a pet friendly community. Our pet fee is $300 for 1 pet, or $500 for 2 pets. Cats and dogs are welcome up to a limit of 2 per apartment home, however the following breeds are restricted: American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Cane Corso, Presa Canarios, Bull Mastiffs, Wolf Hybrids. Proof of spay or neuter and up to date vaccines are required for pet approval. Click here to learn about our Pet Policy. We have partnered with Pet Screening to ensure all pets and animals within the community are registered and properly screened. Your animals will go through the Pet Screening process. Based on the Fido results from Pet Screening, the pet fees range from $300-400 per pet and the pet rent will range from $25-45 per pet. All applicants, even with no pet households or assistance animals, need to complete our pet screening. Screening must be completed to continue your application.
