This brick Victorian was built is the late 1800's as a single family home. We knew little about this building's eventual conversion to a fourplex when we bought it, but we love that the conversion kept so many of the buildings historic features. The entry opens to an original wooden staircase. Hardwood floors have been saved throughout the building and care has been given to saving fireplaces, windows and molding. The tall ceilings allow for incredible light in the upstairs apartments and the downstairs apartments have their own private access to a generous backyard with fencing done in such a way to allow people their own private space. The upstairs apartments both have lovely outside decks. While dogs over 20 pounds are not appropriate for this building because of the original hardwood floors, there is outside space for your smaller pet.
