We have a 2 pet max pet policy an each pet must be under 50 pounds. No aggressive breeds are accepted. There is a $300 pet fee for the first pet and $200 for the second pet. Our monthly pet rent is $15 per month per pet. We do require all of our pets to register with our doggie DNA company upon move in.
