Pets allowed. The Avenue will allow two pets (dog and/or cat) per loft apartment with a weight limit of 30 lbs. on floors 2 and up, and up to 70 lbs. on ground floor lofts. Exotic pets will not be allowed. Please refer to our pet policy for deposit information and details. Sealy Management Co. reserves the right to modify or restrict animals and breeds at any time PLEASE NOTE: No pets larger than 30 pounds at maturity may be kept in any apartment.
