Pets allowed. Both you and your furry companion are welcome at SODO. Enjoy the easy access to our landscaped off leash green space on our 5th floor terrace while also being close to city parks and sidewalks. We also have a dog wash on site, so pet owners need not worry about booking appointments to get their four-legged friends bathed or cleaned before going home. We allow a maximum of two (2) of the following*: Domestic (indoor) cats Dogs (excluding Pitbulls, Dobermans, Mastiffs, Rottweilers, and any other similar breeds of dog that are customarily bred or trained as guard dogs or attack dogs). Birds (limit one cage of four birds). Fish (tank volume must not exceed 30gal/113L) * Please note that we require a $350 non-refundable pet fee per animal.
