Spring Branch also borders the Guadalupe River, which offers many opportunities for renters to cool off from the sweltering Texas summer heat, including canoeing, kayaking, fishing and exploring the walking trails along the river.

That said, renters on a budget can also stock up on essentials at Dollar General. In addition, Spring Branch is home to several convenience stores and gas stations for renters who need to stock the kitchen of their rental property at the last minute. Alternatively, renters who enjoy shopping can also take a short ride to nearby Bulverde, where many of the local businesses are located. They’ll also find several shopping malls featuring retailers ranging from big-box stores to local artisans. Or, the excitement of San Antonio is approximately 30 minutes away for any extra shopping needs.
As a small, rural community, renters here will need to rely on their cars for transportation. There are no amenities within walking distance, and Spring Branch does not currently offer any public transit options. For an easy commute, look for rental properties near U.S. Route 281.
